These terms apply when you use anim8edstudios.com or download from it. The site is run by Animated International Services Ltd, RC 7221023, Port Harcourt. By using the site you accept these terms.

Information on this site

• Images marked “3D render” are design visuals, not photographs of finished buildings. Built work is always labelled “as built” or “on site”.
• Project descriptions, costs and programmes are for information. Figures marked † are estimates and may change.
• Nothing on the site is a quotation, an offer or professional advice for your project. We start work only after a written agreement or accepted fee proposal.

Our content

All renders, photographs, drawings, text, videos and the logo on this site belong to Animated International Services Ltd or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy, publish or use our images or drawings, including to build from them, without our written permission.

Revit families and packs

When you download a Revit family, free or paid, we grant you a licence, not ownership.

You may:

• use the families in any number of your own or your clients’ projects
• edit them to suit a project
• share project models and drawings that contain them

You may not:

• sell, share or upload the family files themselves, edited or not, as a library or download
• claim them as your own work

One purchase covers one firm or one individual. Free families carry the same licence.

Tell us your Revit version before you buy and we will confirm the pack opens in it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦). We confirm the price before you pay. Files are delivered once payment is received; see the Refunds Policy for what happens if something goes wrong.

Limits on our liability

The site and free downloads are provided as they are. We check our families carefully, but you are responsible for checking any model or drawing before it is used for construction. For paid products, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

Links to other sites

The site links to YouTube, Google Drive, itch.io, Instagram, X and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute goes to the courts of Rivers State.
