Every nairaaccounted for.
Build 8 guides you from the dream of owning a house to the finished home. Built for people who build in stages and pay in small transfers, it keeps the money, the receipts and the progress of your building in one place, and shows each person only what they need to see.
Launching in 2027. Being tested now on live projects in southeast Nigeria.
A product of
Why it exists
Building in stages should not mean guessing.
Most homes here are built a little at a time, paid for in many small transfers. That is where money goes quiet.
Transfers blur together
Money sent on Monday pays for Friday’s materials. A few weeks on, nobody can say what each transfer bought.
Receipts go missing
Small daily costs, a bag of nails or a jerrycan of fuel, are paid in cash and forgotten.
Work waits for money
Without a clear picture of what is left, funds arrive late and the site stands still.
What it does

Every naira in one place
Each transfer and each purchase recorded against your building, with a balance you can read at a glance.

Receipts that stay
A photo of every receipt, kept with the spending it proves. No more lost slips.
- 03
Your site, every week
A weekly report with photos of the work, ready for you wherever you live.

How it works

- 01
Research for free
Ask building questions for your area and plan before you spend a naira.
- 02
Register your project
Invite your builder, family and suppliers. Each person gets their own view.
- 03
Build on the same page
Money, receipts, reports and approvals in one place, from the first transfer to handover.

Built on real sites
Made by builders, not a template.
Build 8 grew out of how we run our own design-and-build projects. A registered architect designed it around live projects in southeast Nigeria, where every transfer, receipt and weekly report is already being recorded in it.
When it opens, it will have been tested where it matters: on site, with real money and real deadlines.
Build 8 is still in development, so features may change before launch. Build 8 records and organises the money spent on a building; it does not hold, move or guarantee funds. Build 8 uses artificial intelligence (AI) for some features, such as answering building questions. AI can make mistakes, so treat its results as a guide, not as fact, and check anything important with a qualified professional. Your WhatsApp number is used only to tell you about Build 8. Ask at any time to be removed. See our Privacy Policy.
